I was wondering if anyone had any spiritual practices or rituals they use based off the OLB. I have been looking for ways to incorporate it into my spiritual practice. Currently I use the tower doctrine that describes the nature and characteristics of Wralda as a daily prayer.

It's not exactly a solely Frisian thing, but the iconic meditative image of a river or water stream (music) is present in OL also:

In the [Apollonia's castle] tower hangs the Lamp, and the walls are bejeweled with precious stones. On the south wall, the Tex is written; to the right of it one finds the primal teachings, and to the left, the aewa (laws) (OL 107; Germanic aewa connects to Buddhist evam)

He [Buddha Siddharta Gautama] taught that no one should grub in her [mother Earth's] bowels for gold, silver, or precious stones, to which envy binds and from which love flees. “To adorn your girls and women”, he said, “her rivers deliver enough.” (OL 137)

Swimming, or being in water in general, is a trope of SKVR Väinämöinen and corresponding OL Magi (OL 086) and made into the Beowulf and later European occultism. Generally considered good for one's health and a basic element in many rituals and religious practises world-wide.

Edit: I would argue the people of current West do need some spiritual traditions to be whole again. Some may find it from Roman Catholic or Byzantine (Roman) Orthodox faith, others from studying the lives of Jesus Christ, Mohammed or Siddharta Gautama Buddha. Many orient towards alternative lifestyles with pagan and neo-pagan tendencies, usually with heavy emphasis on nature around us. Like other Northern European traditions, Oera Linda book can also be a guide, or a life philosophy book, in that regard.
