Is Scandinavia Atlantis?

Is Scandinavia Hel (as said in Bock Saga) but also Tartaros(purgatory) and is this cognate with Tartaria?
Ner(down) is the root of North, and was considered below instead of up. I proposed that Netherlands and Holland could have been derived from this same meaning.
Interesting YTchannel touching on theories that relate to OL maybe filling some gaps.

At first, from the style, voice and because he wanted to translate a book I though it was made by Bruce (escapeyourcage-channel), but then I saw his face in a video talking more about his plans to translate the book he refers to. For Swedish readers it should already be findable somewhere.

Good channel with really interesting takes.

There are multiple Hel-named sites: Hel peninsula in Poland, Hälsingland in Sweden and Hel(sinki) region in Finland. By virtue of other associated attributes, the likes of Hindu and Buddhist echoes on magical "stove" stones (häll, hella) in Uttarakuru mythos (Āṭānāṭiya Sutta) associate to the last one mentioned. Obviously, this does not rule out the ancient existence of similar nether-land and Valhalla sites from the Frisian coastline. In those cases another attribute matches must be sought for and I make the case for some of the Hyperborea mentions connect specifically to the Frisia.
