Re: How greek latin sanskrit and many more languages must have a mother tongue in common(video)

Very interesting!

Not the least because it is referencing Nehellenia and the term Ewa (both appearing in OL; Bruce has made also an interesting video elaborating on the concept of Ewa here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A1seiEEc0kc)

Re: Does Wr.alda literally mean the 'world' as it does today?

As Nordic has stated above, I read Wr.alda as current frisian-language "oer-âlde" ("over-old" / "the very old one")

Re: Goeie! ("hi" in frisian)

That the OLB alphabet and also the numbers are derived from the six-spoked sun wheel (which was a particularly important symbol in the Bronze Age) seems logical. However, a problem arises here. Re: Goeie! ("hi" in frisian)

Hopefully I will have some time next week to make an english translation (...) That would be great! I know someone who started writing an article about links between Wilkens' book and OL. I will contact him and ask him if he'd like to share what he has done thus far and/or exchange ideas. may be th...

Re: Video: malicious suicide rumor refuted

Excellent!!

Now I am intrigued by the question if there is an onomatological relationship between the OL word 'OD' and the surnames of Ott and Ottema ;)

Re: An old poem from Flanders

The semafoor publications are a gem! I spent a lot of time the last couple of days by binge-reading the publications of the past 20 years. With regards to the poem: I am suprised that it was deemed authentic, as I could not identify it as frisian and "WR.ald" is a give-away reference to th...
