Data corruption at the forum

Just noted that alongside the discount code bots, many of the image files seem to have been corrupted or gone missing. I have now re-uploaded my own post images I noticed being affected. This seems to affect only the image files and was noticeable with three different web browsers.

I have been manually removing the recent daily spam, but this is even more annoying.
For over a year I wanted to leave this forum and move to a better one.
We don't seem to have volunteers at the moment who are able and willing to organize this.
I can only apologize for now and again call for help by someone who can help solve these problems, for I have neither the needed skills nor the time.

Few images seem to have been damaged. Here is another example.

They can be re-uploaded by original poster. In special cases they can be retreived from a backup. It does not seem to have been an attack of sorts.

We still aim at moving to a better platform, but speaking for myself, I have higher priorities at the moment.
