Questions Conerning Historical Populations

Hello, new to this forum and interested in learning about the Oera Linda.

First, I was wondering what the best sources of information were regarding the Oera Linda and which is the best English translation of it. Another thing I am very interested in is the racial/ethnic chronology of the Oera Linda, in particular the civilizations associated with the Lydians, Findians and Frysians. In particular I am interested in the ancient middle eastern civilizations like Greece, Minoa, Egypt, the Hittites, Phonecia, Babylon, Persia, Indus-Valley and the Vedic civilizations. I would really like to know how the Frysians and Findians interacted in these eastern realms in particular.
